In the manga, the cursed seal appears on the person's forehead in the form of a Manji (?, a "Swastika") with two horizontal scrolled lines on either side of it. In the anime the Manji is replaced with an X-shape.

Description: The Heaven Curse seal (Shortened HCS) was created by the S-ranked missing Nin and legendary Sannin Orochimaru. In this RP there is only three NPCs that has this and can teach it if they wish to. Kuro Kamyuja, Abaddon Uchiha, Urcherish
It is given to people with the help of a forbidden technique by either biting or scratching the person’s body. Once they have been bitten or slashed, a black seal grows out somewhere near the attacked area before the victim falls into coma for 24 hours with only having 10% chance of surviving it. The main purpose for someone to give a curse seal is to slowly turn the victim into a slave for the one who gave it to the victim. If you gain the seal there must be a four out of five Moderator aproval rate that states you have survived the transformation.
There are 4 possible ways for the seal to become activated.
1. Emotional distress like fury or extreme sorrow can trigger the seal.
2. When the victim runs out of chakra or stamina, the seal responds by activating itself in order to keep the user alive. Immediately after this, the user's body becomes paralyzed and can barely move.
3. When the victim gains control of it, he/she can freely activate or deactivate it.
4. The person who gave the seal to the victim has full control over both the victim and the seal and can activate it any time.
Level 0
Level 0 counts as a marker jutsu for the curse seal tech tree.
This is the starting level for all HCS victims. They cannot use the seal at all. The only ways for the seal to evolve to level 1 is either run completely out of chakra or trigger it with emotional distress. Signs of the seal getting close to evolving into level 1 are glowing eyes, glowing seal, a presence of evil feeling chakra and a stinging burning pain where the seal is located. The basic strength and speed are slightly increased but not much. At this level the Tai Increases by five.

Requirement: Level 0 You cannot have level 1 at character creation. If you want to have it anyway you have to talk to an admin. Activating only if one of the four activations is started.
Once placed, the seal will grant the wearer the ability to access their true power. If the evil curse seal has consumed a person's body, that person will gain a tremendous dark chakra that doubles their strength and speed, giving them the level 1 version of the curse seal. A person with a cursed seal will also feel the presence of the one that gave them the seal and any others who have it. The curse seal can become active at anytime. A person's willpower is able to control the curse seal from spreading or activating it to full power. However, if used sufficiently enough, the user will lose all of their free will permanently over time, transforming the user into the seal giver's slave. After usage the user feels pretty tired and needs some time to rest. It is best, and recommended that the user does not try to fight. (Times Two in Tai, Times five in Chakra.) At this stage it costs as much of an A Rank Jutsu, that means that each post it takes up 300 chakra. This lasts for as much chakra you have.

Requirement: Level 1, the user needs to "die" once, death dampening seal and field techniques.
You cannot have level 2 at character creation.
Level 2 can be evolved into by taking a special poison known as seishingan to kill the victim. However, before the poison can kill him/her, another person or more must use special sealing techniques to dampen the effects of the poison to force the seal to evolve to level 2 in order to keep the body and victim alive at all costs. When activated, the user’s body takes the shape of a demon. The shape is different for each user. Many kinds of transformations can happen to the body such as long and sharp claws, teeth, horns, changes to the hair and skin colours. In rare cases, some HCS users have even grown out whole new body parts such as arms, eyes, wings or a tail. The second form draws out chakra twice as fast as the first level and thus the user becomes tired very quickly. After usage, the user just has enough strength to walk around and cannot fight. (Ten times to Tai, Ten times in Chakra.) At this stage it costs as much of an S Rank Jutsu, that means that each post takes up five hundred chakra. Lasts for as much chakra you have.

He gains the ability to better use his bloodline bone manipulation ability. This allows him to remove bones at will, and also extend bones from any point on his body. When he removes a bone, his body will simply regenerate the missing bone.
